Reverse Confetti December Sketch For You To Try

It's been anything but warm outside lately, but this cute little fellow sure does warm my heart!

There is a new sketch posted on the Reverse Confetti blog on the 1st of each month. The sketch link list will be open from the 1st until noon CST on the 29th. The SFYTT button is posted on the sidebar.  Click on it to be taken to the current SFYTT post and link list. There will be a winner each month and that person will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of ‘Fetti Fave. The winner of SFYTT will be posted on the Reverse Confetti blog at the end of the month.

For my card, I started with a piece of Stormy cardstock then layered several designs from the new Cheerful & Kind pattern paper pad.  I then cut Stormy and Cloud White cardstock from the Bar Tag Layer Confetti Cut die.  The darling snowman and sentiment are from the new Cool Friend stamp set and coordinating dies.  For a final touch, I added snowflakes cut from Cloud White cardstock using the Snowflake Trio dies.

I'm also sharing my card with these challenges:

National Cocoa Day!

Happy National Hot Cocoa Day!  I must admit, I do love a cup of chocolatey goodness on a cold, winter day...and it IS a cold today!

For my card, I chose some festive Dare2B Artzy pattern papers and this fun Cup of Cheer stamp set.  The sentiment says it all!

Cocoa Christmas

This week has been crAzy!  Very busy with work and getting things ready for Christmas, left little time for cardmaking - but tomorrow is National Cocoa Day and I just had to celebrate it!

I'd almost forgotten I had this fabulous coffee/cocoa pattern paper!  It made it so easy to put together a quick card :)  The sweet cup is from Right at Home, the holly is Reverse Confetti's and the sentiment from STAMPlorations!

Thanks to these challenges for the inspiration!

Have Thermos, Will Travel

Winter sure did come quick!  Last week, temps were in the low 50's and today it's below freezing and snow is on the ground.  Brrr!  I rarely leave the house without some hot coffee to go...today will be no exception :)

For my card, I used these fun thermos images from Papertrey Ink, the square scallop frame is from Paper Sweeties and snowflakes are Reverse Confetti's.

Holiday Cheer!

Having a little holiday cheer (aka: Bailey's in my coffee) and wrapping presents while there's about an inch of snow on the ground...definitely getting in the Christmas spirit tonight!

For my card, I created the background with STAMPlorations Dots All Over stencil and sponged the bottom part.  The images are from two festive Avery Elle sets: Sweet Tidings and Holiday Spirits (both are deeply discounted right now!).  The fun sentiment is from MFT Cozy Greetings set.
